1. Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders can be delivered to most international locations. If you have any questions about whether we can ship to your location, please contact us.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States: We offer free shipping on orders over $250 within the USA. For orders under $250, standard shipping rates will apply.
  • International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Customs fees may apply.

3. Processing Time

  • Small and Medium-Sized Pyramids: These items are typically shipped within one week of placing an order.
  • Large and Extra-Large Pyramids: These items are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks of placing an order.

Please note that all pyramids are made to order. If we have already created stock, your order may ship much sooner.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. While we strive to ensure very timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Custom Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
